AGA INVITED TO TAKE PART IN SPORTS STARS POKER CHALLENGE |
LONDON EVENT FEATURES STARS FROM FOOTBALL AND SNOOKER AMONGST OTHERS
Agnieszka Rylik has been invited to take part in the PartyPoker Sports Stars Challenge in London in February. There she will be in a tournament and take on the likes of snooker stars Steve Davis and Stephen Hendry and ex-footballers Norman Whiteside, Ray Parlour, Tony Cascarino and John Aldridge.
A PartyPoker spokesman said: “ Aga has learned so much about poker in recent months with her trips to Ireland and the world famous Late Night Poker tv show. She now has the chance to use these skills against top sporting celebrities. The line-up is not complete yet but there will be stars from the world of football, darts, snooker and rugby.”
“Aga was brilliant at the poker tournament in Ireland and made an impression both on and off the table. A large Polish population there meant she got recognized all the time! We expect her to do very well against the stars from sport and are delighted to invite her to take part in this prestigious event. It is the first time anybody from Poland has been given such an invitation.
Aga’s first game will be against sports television presenters from the UK – which will include many of the big names from the Sky Sports channel in the UK. In her poker career so far she has made a huge impact by beating players such as the Devilfish and battling with king of bluff Marcel Luske. |
